Tito Sotto Copied A Kennedy Speech?

Tito Sotto is being accused of plagiarism again with the speech he gave the senate on September 5,2012.
Apparently, Tito Sotto "Tagalized" parts of Robert Kennedy's 1966 speech, Day of Affirmation, South Africa.

The netizen Michel Eldiy translated the word "maliit na galaw" by Tito Sotto because it sounds weird. Se googled "ripples courage" and found a speech by Robert Kennedy and found it eeriely familiar with the last parts of Tito Sotto's speech but was "tagalized".
